What happens if I order the wrong item or size?
We know buying merchandise can be extremely exciting, and would like to urge everyone to please check thoroughly before placing an order. Please also look through the sizing guides to make sure that you place the order for the right sizing.
If you notice after order confirmation that you have placed the order for the wrong item (e.g. wrong size), do contact our merchandise team immediately via the chat function on webpage (www.ckstarentertainment.com). We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible. However, this is also subject to size availability, as we may order exact quantities based on prior pre-order demand, so this will be subject to a case-by-case basis.
What happens if the item received is faulty?
We know how important these merchandises are to you, which is why we order them directly from the official appointed vendors and they are subjected to extremely stringent quality control checks. However, do note that the product image shown on the website may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive, and all product descriptions, information and materials posted on this website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
Nonetheless, please do check the merchandise upon collection, and do let our staff know if the item is faulty. We do not accept any request after the collection and check is completed.
However, do note that in the event that the product has been assessed not to be faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the item and/or we may require you to pay all shipping costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and the charges will be made through the same payment details that you had provided when the order was made, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
Can I return an item that I have ordered?
We get it, sometimes it just doesn't work for you and you may want your money back. However, as we typically pre-order these merchandise from vendors/suppliers specified by the artiste management companies, we usually commit to pretty large numbers of items after gauging pre-order demand. As such, regrettably, we are unable to accept returns and would like to urge customers to consider carefully before making a purchase.
